The Spa, Metropol Palace

The vision

Part of MKV’s total redesign of the Serbian capital’s iconic Metropol Palace, the new spa comprised an indoor pool with Jacuzzi, a sauna, steam room, numerous treatment areas and a gym. The spa’s aesthetic recalls the glamorous heyday of the hotel when it played host to statemen and celebrities, and refined mid-twentieth century furnishings are a nod to the architectural design of this landmark building completed in the 1950s.
