Vision

The ambition for this new ski and spa resort, nestled in alpine forests and looking towards Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn, is considerable. Phase one includes a hotel with 106 suites, 12 chalets, some with a private spa, and a standalone 4,000 sqm spa as well as multiple dining destinations. In the second phase, these will be complemented by a family hotel and further facilities. The resort is to be managed by Lefay Resorts & Residences, the group’s first development outside its native Italy.

The Design

Our schemes combine a contemporary Swiss Alpine aesthetic with modern Italian influences, harmonising the vernaculars of the location and Lefay’s brand. Use of local stone, slate and textured timber will ensure that the buildings correspond with their landscape and an earthy colour palette will anchor the interiors in nature. Every view through picture windows will be optimised to give intimate connection with the panorama of the mountains.
