Context

MKV is working on a phased redesign of this beachfront hotel near Chania to create a world-class resort experience and to align the interiors with the lifestyle values of its new operating brand, Kimpton.

Space

Currently, our schemes for the 76 guestrooms are being rolled out, re-charging the spaces with rustic Cretan elements combined with modern Greek accents, warm, natural materials and eclectic artwork. Ground floor rooms will benefit from the addition of private plunge pools. The next phase will encompass the public areas which are being reimagined in something of an updated boho style, where rustic and refined timber elements, boldly pattered fabrics and playful furniture characterise the experience with a sense of genuine hospitality.
