The Vision

Continuing our long relationship with Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort, MKV Design has designed the 750 sqm Althea Spa Retreat to offer maximum relaxation, rejuvenation and integrative wellness.
Named after the goddess of healing and overlooking the sacred island of Delos, birthplace of the mythological god of light, Apollo, the new spa exudes minimalistic elegance, soothing colour symmetry and a genuine sense of serenity. It optimally utilises the natural light of one of the sunniest regions of Europe, and its daylight-filled interiors combine a palette of pure white with numerous shades of blue, perfectly aligned with Cycladic architecture.

Spaces

The series of treatment rooms with private, shaded courtyards allows interaction with nature and views to the Aegean Sea, while the semi-caved thalasso pool, as well as outdoor treatment and relaxation areas, all enjoy incredible sea and garden views.
